HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR LESSONS?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY LESSON or WHAT IS THE MAKE-UP POLICY?
Please contact Caitlin Carmody Stables at least 24-hours in advance.
- 24+ hours’ notice: Eligible for a make-up lesson, subject to availability. Must be made up within the month.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Lesson is forfeited and charged in full. No make-up will be offered.
- Extreme emergencies or illness: Special consideration may be made at the instructor’s discretion.
HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE TO TAKE LESSONS?
Typically, children ages as young as five (5) and beyond are a part of our riding program.
DO YOU OFFER TRAIL RIDES, SINGLE RIDES OR BIRTHAY PARTIES?
Unfortunately, Caitlin Carmody Stables does not offer trail rides, single rides or birthday parties.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU OFFER LESSONS?
Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday + Sunday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY LESSON WHEN IT'S A HORSE SHOW WEEK?
Caitlin attends 4–5 horse shows per year, with plenty of advance notice provided to riders and families.
During horse show weeks, lessons may be rescheduled depending on day and time, and riders are required to make up their lesson during the designated make-up times. Skipping lessons during show weeks is not permitted, as lesson spots and horse care costs remain reserved.
